Refunds & Returns
Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed during weekends and on non-business days (holidays) are processed on the following business day.
After you place your order you will be provided with an email receipt of the order and an email that will confirm the shipment and the USPS tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 business hours after the order has been shipped.
All orders ship via USPS first class mail and include domestic tracking at a flat rate of $3.99 in the continental USA. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days after order has been processed. Delivery times vary by location.
International shipping rates vary, depending on location, size/weight of package and value of order. Shipping price does not include duties or taxes due at customs, which is the sole responsibility of the customer. Average international shipping time is 10-20 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Local (country specific customs and duties change, please check before placing an order.) We do not accept returns on International orders or shipment.
Domestic orders (Continental USA) over $50 include free shipping. This is automatically done at checkout.
Damage During Shipping.
Sometimes products get damaged during shipping. This is a rare occurrence but it happens. If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping (broken, cracked, etc.) please take a picture of the damage with your camera or phone camera and email the picture(s) in reply to the order email and we will provide information on replacement processing. Damage must be reported within 24 hours after package has been delivered. Alternatively, you may email us at email@example.com
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be requested via email. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt since returns without receipt can not be processed. Original outbound shipment cost is not refunded and return shipping is responsibility of buyer. We recommend using a return carrier that provides tracking. Returns are processed within 48 hours upon receipt of returned item. It takes several days for the refund to be applied to the credit card.
